Sorry for such a delay. It looks like there is a security issue (e.g. firewall) on your way.
Try one of the following workarounds.
1. Converting the VM disks as the local file on Hyper-V. Convert the VM file to VMDK and copy them to vSphere. Re-create the VM in place.
2. Make sure the firewall exclusions are in place for the following ports
ports to Hyper-V:
135 TCP,UDP MSRPC
443 TCP,UDP
445 TCP,UDPMICROSOFT-DS
ports to ESXi
443 TCP,UDP
902 TCP,UDP VMware Infrastructure Client/VMware Server Console
3. Convert VM to OVF.
