Before running the converter, please merge the snapshots for that VM.
It appears to be an authentication issue on the ESXi side. Conversion is taking too long and the process hits the natural ESXi logout. You can try:
1. Converting the VM disks as the local file on Hyper-V. Copy the VMDK to Hyper-V and convert it there.
2. Tweak the timeout window https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphe ... C6694.html.
3. Convert VM to OVF.
