StarWind Virtual SAN (VSAN) [+Free], HCI Appliance (HCA), Virtual HCI Appliance (VHCA) [+Free] • Missing volume after creating

Hi guys,

are you guys getting this behavior? after created the volume, usually it will spin and update the screen of the recent created volume.
but today it is not showing up.

i can see from the task logs that the volume has been created. but the volume is not showing up.
